Change Management was established in 2006. Our consulting experience started in 2000. Change Management is a consultation and training company dedicated to make sales and customer service organizations work more efficiently.
This requires knowledge of how organizations function – insight about cause and effect relationships, grasp of the whole picture and readiness to dive into details. This creates a foundation, which enables one to plan changes ahead of time. We help with alterations that are important to the outcome, bringing together people from different levels of an enterprise.
We use different cooperation methods to make the changes more steady – planning and managing a project, consultations, training, coaching, interviews, group visits, workshops, mystery shopping etc.
